Lesson Overview

In this Audit Management lesson, we will cover a critical component of Security GRC practice. The reason audit management is so critical is that uncontrolled audits can take on a life of their own and set the security agenda for organizations for an entire year. In other words, if too many issues arise during the audit, security teams may spend significant time remediating the issues.

The lesson focuses on ensuring that audits go smoothly by developing an understanding of audit management fundamentals and how GRC professionals should plan for and remediate audit results.
